seems EA has learned it's lesson on missing out with the Wii initial success and wan to hit the ground up and running with the balance board as they have apparantly confirmed Boogie Superstar will also use the balance board.  That now makes that western fitness game, skate it and Boogie Superstar - even though it's a shame 2 of these will probably flop it makes me pretty excited that a SSX balance board game will be demo'd at E3.

These announcements cant do Wii Fits sales and reputation any harm either.

Whoa, the Balance Board seems to get a lot of support all of a sudden! I wonder how these games will sell, especially compared to Wii Fit.

Wiifit sould more than PS3 in japan, so, to win in the japanese market, it is better to develop to wiifit... FF14 will use the balance board.

god not another boogie game, the first was useless enough... can a developer announce a proper game for my wii any time soon!

Because the first one sells, simple as that.

Though I think with the use of the balance board I think it will not be bad as the first one because I think they'll improve this game now.

according to vgcharts - boogie has sold 310k without others in there so it's expected it's hit at least 500k, selling at least twice as much as DS / ps2 combined.

Add onto that the Wii Board this time round and they may just get another 2nd EA Wii franchise to hit 1M sales.

Great. Now lets wait for some other company than EA to make games for Wii Fit so we can actually buy and play them :)
