I disagree, Rol: they won't reveal that Kimpossible is not a playable character in this game.

Does this count as a third party character? Sorta-semi-quasi, I think. The SimCity franchise is obviously third party, but I believe the SNES iteration in particular was developed by Nintendo itself.

Damn, when I first saw it, I thought he was playable.

Then I saw the enormous city sprout up, and I was thinking that move would be wayyy too powerful. Ahh well. Bowser ain't destroying this city.

 Yeah, the SNES version is developed by Nintendo EAD. In the Tokyo Scenario, the City is attacked by Bowser (Giga Bowser??) instead of Godzilla
