My prediction is the Pit level.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Update: Smash Attacks
There’s a variety of attacks in Smash Bros., and they all involve some combination of strength and direction. Let me start here by talking about strength.
Standard Attack
If you just press the attack button, you’ll perform a standard attack. These are generally speedy.
Strong Attack
When you tilt the stick in a direction, you’ll do a stronger attack in that direction. These attacks usually have longer reach.
Smash Attack
Now, if you simultaneously tilt the stick and press the button, you’ll do a smash attack. These are powerful!
Since the name for smash attack is derived from the game’s name, you can assume they’re pretty important.
Swiftly tilt the Control Stick left, right, up, or down, and simultaneously attack! When you link the feeling of this control with the result of sending an opponent flying, I think you’ll start to see the crux of this game.
At first, don’t overthink things. It’s OK to just tilt the stick and mash some buttons. Ease yourself into it.
By pressing and holding the attack button during a smash attack, you can build up power. Power up and unleash it when the time is right!

I'm surprised, so far no motion at all with the single Wiimote!
Control schemes intact - check!
EDIT: Wait...why do you have to press the D-pad twice for a strong attack? Why not just...once?

Also, wtf is going on with Samus? Laser whip perhaps?

Decent update, no motion controls is a good thing. I'm liking that they are keeping fighter controls intact.
Gotta expect updates like these once in a while...it's good that they explain how the game works...that's one way of attracting the "Wii Sports" audience.
But I mean...cmon...what more proof do they need than Mario being a badass fighter?

I think you press it twice so the game doesn't get confused with walking. Maybe.
I have a feeling just a Wiimote is going to very tricky...and it will have to include motion.
Maybe 1 is for special attacks, and you pull up the Wiimote to jump...and...press A to dodge? I have no clue...all I know is, I never planned on using that configuration anyway.

I'll imagine I'll at least give the Wii Remote only scheme a try along with the other schemes.
As for the update, it's a pretty good one. It lets us know the control scheme is going to pretty similar for the GC and CC while still showing they're going to have to do something new for the other two schemes.
