Captain Olimar would be sweet! But I think it's hard to include him. He wouldn't be complete without atleast 3 different kinds of pikmin to control... maybe something like what they did to Pokemon Trainer. Could be interesting.

Snake's moves look awesome. I don't know what everybody else is looking at. Missiles and explosives for his smashes. Planting mines. Grenades which you can throw multiple distances, and have thrown back at you. Gagging people for his grab. Cardboard box. How can people be down on all that?

Too bad his was icon 17, though. Hopefully there are a couple other third party characters, or other franchises in general.

If Animal Crossing is represented, Resetti is the only character who could be used. Every other AC character that has a chance of being playable appears in the level.

uh, since F-Zero already has a logo and assist characters it's pretty hard for it to not return. They would never get rid of it anyway. It's a staple franchise in the series and Captain Falcon is one of the original SSB characters. Where did you hear that any were being taken out?

When did I forget Fox? 

The only characters who won't be returning IMO are Dr. Mario, Pichu, Y. Link, and Roy.  Everyone else should be back, and none of the originals will be removed.  Characters like Falco and Ganondorf are going to have different moves though.
