thanks to WalMart switching out to newer TVs. Visio brand TV 20% off from $1100.

I remembered why I dislike Plasma TVs though. They ghost. Have to make a white square now and upload it to my PS3 now so if the problem starts to get worse I can get rid of the ghosts.

Sony HDTV's are the best. PS3 helps the sales of HDTV's.

I wonder what the useful life is of a HDTV? Could someone fill me in on both the Useful Lives of LCD and Plasma TV's?

Plasma's have been on the market for 12 years. LCD's have been on the market for 7 years.

 Its a 50 inch. Thats a pretty good size for $900.
