let me tell you that I m not much into racing games,,,,However,I decided to buy burnout paradise (my first racing game on PS3 due to high scores).This game honestly blew me away,,,it's so much funnnnn,,,,you can't imagine a game could be this fun,,,the over the top crash scenes ,,stunts,,,,racing,,,free roaming in the paradise city.All in all I give it a 9.8/10.Highly recommended,,,the degree of fun is unbelieveable.

This is the only EA game that I own and I have to tell you they got it right this time.birriliant game.

This is my only EA game too and i love it! The best thing is there working on content for the game all the time! Bikes anyone?

I enjoyed it initially, but did get bored of it quite quickly

it's not really racing,,,racing is a small part of it actually,,,it's a city you drive in ,,,if you like to race there are places on map you go to red light and accelerate while braking,,,,then a race will start,,,,you can take your oponents down by crashing them into the walls,,,when you do so,the game slows down and shows that over the top crash scene.

Did you tried the online mode already? It is a hell load of fun!!

PS: Add Dogs_rule to your friendlist he is a specialist in that game and one of the best persons to play online with.

Whoa, join the club! At first I also thought it was just a typical die hard racing game, until I thought.... let me download the demo to see what it is and indeed,.... it blew me away as well and couldn't wait to buy the game myself, now I have it and love it! Due to other games I haven't been playing it much lately but sure am planning to complete it... Take me down to the paradise city where the grass is green and the... eh... boys are pretty

Playing online is fun as well.You probably wanna race offline and do other stunts,etc. to get a better car. Upgrading is a must because that will be the car you race with or you'll be chase with,depending on the online gamemode u chose.I raced online and a guy name massio had a F1-championship type racing car and he blew me away.So you better be ready!There are a lot of online gameodes to chose from.I'll Holla! 

just hit right on the d-pad a few times and you'll be online automatically...it's awesome.
