I kid I kid. I can't think of anything that scares me right now. Death? Meh, I was gonna die anyway. Death of beloved ones? I've been through that all the time. Being lonely? I've always known thats my future.

Things happening to people i care about.

Also I have Blood Injection Injury Phobia.  Though it's down to only when I have blood drawn or removed from my body.  Which is also likely because of the above.

Getting old is going to be a bitch if I keep that phobia.

Earthquakes

 Ever watched the movie Magic, starring Anthony Hopkins and Ann Margret?

Having to go to hospital in China.

 My great grandfather was kidnapped by Gypsies.

 Seriously, they just grabbed him and drove off.

He got brought back later though. 

1. the potential to develop a condition that requires constant medical care (ex: failed kidneys).
2. small creatures (spiders,etc) only when I can't directly see them (i'm fine with having a spider crawl along my arm but if its on my back or somewhere the sun don't shine I freak).
3. earthquakes (There are 30 floors above me, and this building was built in 1944)
4. privatized medicine. (the system used in the us)
