I'm warming up to the game a little but overall, my original complaints are still there.
It is a lot of fun at times, though. Unfortunately, I wish they went beyond the "kill this guy/fetch quest/move to new island" thing with this game. After the past umpteen GTA games, it's getting a little tired.

The game gets very fun after the first few missions. Starting with the Jamaican Heat mission is where the game gets really good.
My friend just got GTA 4 and he told me it's boring. I told him to finish those first few BS missions and then he will reap the rewards of this great game.
The game starts slow, but boy does it get great. I finished it last night after 28 hours. Now I need to move onto flying rats to get my annihilator, then I will move onto side quests, before finally doing insane stunts etc. I am not a great fan of the relationships, but you do have to do them eventually to get 100%. tbh, the ending was slightly disapointing, maybe because it lacked packie, who had been part of three leaf clover, one of the greatest missions ever. Like half of the trailers released were from that one mission, it was just amazing. However, the story was excellent, and I did really love some of the characters, and the storyline was engrossing

Yeah Jamaican Heat was fun :D
The few mission are alright tho, Just a big Tutorial on Driving & Random Stuff

What's the annihilator? I've been hunting flying rats off and on but they're hard to find. I've only come across about 20 so far.

Lol, I just realized that all those extra missions I was doing where side quest and not part of the main missions... seriously it just blew my mind....
The game just rocks!
Spoiler- Anyone do the bank robbery mission? when I jumped out of the bank all I could think about was Val Kilmer from"Heat"
