The ending of God of War 1 and 2. Also Super Mario Galaxy-seeing mario lose his star friend to be part of the super nova i suddenly started crying for some reason.

Final Fantasy X, Warcraft III: Frozen Throne, and Okami - where the people pray for Amaterasu, the sun comes out, and you have a triumphant and climactic battle against Yami (or "darkness").

All three of those endings give me chills every time I see them.
