The Ultimate History of Video Games: From Pong to Pokemon--The Story Behind the Craze That Touched Our Lives and Changed the World was a great read. Unfortunately, most of it is arcade through 4th gen, with 5th rushed and sixth not really talked about. However, one can learn a lot.

Anyone else read Kent's book and if so, did you like it? Do you think it needs a second ed. I personally feel he should expand on more modern gaming accomplishments, ie 7th gen, advanced PCs, Intel Macs, etc.
