I am wondering how many of VGC gamers play poker also and for how long have you played.

Used to play. Played card games for money since i was in 5th, 6th grade.

Then like half my friends became potheads and didn't have the patience to sit through a game anymore.

Playing online just isn't the same... even when you win... so I don't play anymore.

I have played for about 5 months and I find this game fascinating and really hard to master. I love the level of difficulty to master this game and it fascinates me.

Have never put my own money in, started to play freerolls and now I average 100-200 € a month

Is it true that online poker is not legal in the US?

@Kasz216 do you have any tips and tricks to shear?

I use to play texas holdem for 4+ hours a day on paradisepoker and pokerstar.... but I kick the habit now I just play with my friends . We have tourneys sometimes on the weekend with $20 buy ins for chips. With 5-10 people the pot gets huge and we play like 10hours straight cause it get so damn addicting >.>

Yea depends what state your in ....I think your still allow to gamble online in some states.

Does any one know somewhere on line where you can learn some more about poker? Like percentages of hands and strategies?
