Amazon is only one vendor. After checking all the major online vendors, not just Amazon, suggests that GTAIV was generally available for ordering, Wii Fit and MK were not. That's not an indicator of sales, but leads one to believe that the Wii titles are having supply issues. I'm not happy about it, but it is what it is. 

So if sales drop off slightly next week, will GTAIV be a failure like SSBB?

I guess they counted GTA IV Special Edition as a separate SKU in the Danish chart.

 Ha! I'm blind, I saw 2 GTA's and thought the second one was GTA IV Special Edition, but as you point out, it's GTA: SA.

Quite possibly some promotion or bundle from some big retailer. It could also be that people just suddenly got the urge, but the former would be less surprising to me.
