There is one Tim Hortons donut shop for every 9,500 people in Canada. Timbits are donut holes, or essentially small round donuts. May be one of the reasons our country is getting more obese, but meh.

I already knew he was canadian anyway because of that extremely dumb thread he made that asked "what do you think canadians are like?" or something..  Everyone started joking and he thought everyone was serious. (about the mounties, and lumberjacks) or something..... It was really like "are you seriously believing this stuff? WTF! DUDE!"

Timbits is the brand name of bite-sized doughnut balls sold at the Canadian Tim Hortons restaurant chain. Thanks, though you probably could have just shortened it to doughnut hole or brand of doughnut holes.

 

On that note, if it's 16 cents, take it out of her pay. this really sounds like there's some type of workplace politics going on behind the scenes, and the doughnut hole was an excuse to fire her. I dunno whether it's him causing problems behind the scenes or her causing problems though.
If it's really just the doughnut hole, then the guy who fired her deserves to be slapped upside of the head and taught basic accounting. -16cents - (-16cents) = - 16cents + 16 cents = 16cents - 16 cents = 0 cents = Less than how much it would cost to find a replacement = Take it out of her pay and move on with life, you moron.
