only hit 5 times ?
9 officers open fire(assuming multiple shots as well)...and only have 5 bullets hit their mark?
obviously a couple of the officers were decent marksmen but i think some of the others need work.

he got what he deserved. he shot at cops, so he got taken out.
I only wish i had been there with a gun, i would've put a few rounds in him.

You make a good point, mr. bubbles. They were nine "Marksmen" at that. Now granted hand guns aren't all that accurate either, trying to go for the legs or trying to incapacitate the man might not be too easy if you're standing 50 yards out. At that point, you're just firing and hoping that you hit him before he hits you.
In Chelsea I think it would have been SO19 rather than normal police and they use MP5s. This makes it all the more shocking that 9 officers fired and only 5 shot hit the target.
