Everyone knows if you try going to another island you havn't unlocked yet you get an automatic 4-6 Wanted level depending what GTA you're playing. Isn't that kind of like the berlin wall? They're locking down everything and if you try hoping over then Bang bang. What about all those people who work on the other islands then they go over. You would have thousands of mindless gta citizens homeless waiting at the border O_o.

No, because it is being closed because of a terrorist threat, not because half is ruled by the allies and west germany, and the other is part of a communist state

still its closed off not just by bridge but by boat and air as well. No way to get a cross at all, and im not talking about just gta IV GTa II it was cause the bridge had the explosian, Vice city it was a hurricane warning, San Andreas....i can't remember really. As far as i know there is no reason at all. Even if it was cause of a terrorist threat, if a way to get home to your families was denied there would be fits. It's not like the airport closing, you can still drive but to your destination or get there however completly denying someone to there home for what could be weeks, that would rile everyone up.
