I think sales in UK, Spain and France could be huge!
It should sell a heap in Belgium, they're the laziest Europeans according to a huge, new study published two weeks ago...
Norway was only second last on the list!

Maybe the Wii will finally start beating PS3 in Spain.

If the Wii couldn't beat the PS3 in Spain because it's the Wii, then it's not going to beat it because Wii Fit was released.  It's Sony land there.

But yeah, considering the stock problems with this game, we're not talking about millions. But there's obviously a high demand for the game. Now, if they could have gotten it out by Mother's Day, we would have had something. Sigh, Father's Day it is. Too bad he's more of an Empire Earth fan...

I believe Reggie said that america wiil at LEAST have two million for the first shipment. I can easily say that wiifit be the biggest launch in nintendo history GUARANTEED.

I love fighting games !!! Come on challenge me !

Huh. My girlfriend put in a Preorder for Wiifit yesterday at Gamestop.

Though it was the second wave that was supposed to arrive two days later.

The Toys R Us by us stopped taking preorders.

Well, that certainly bodes well for another first-week sales blowout for Nintendo. And on a Touch Generations product, no less. Usually Touch Generations games sell consistently from start to finish, with moderate opening numbers that just don't go down very far. But it sounds like, were Wii Fit to do that, they would end up selling a Wii Fit to every single US Wii owner within 3 months. Which would be as insane as it is unlikely.

Sky Render - Sanity is for the weak.

Kasz, you know if you pre-order from walmart, you get a $10 gift certificate.

I'm curious how many Nintendo is launching with, it didn't sound like it would be a huge launch. Great if it is though, either way it'll say well (legs and all).

Not a huge launch? Their advertising budget was nearly $30 million. It's probably their biggest launch ever.

Yeah, the kind of credit card my girlfriend and I both have however don't jive with Wal-Mart Online for some reason.  Besides, with the shipping in handling being like 10 dollars I'd just be breaking even anyway.

Plan 1 was Amazon through the VGC store but they sold out.

Plan 2 was Walmart.Com sold out.

Plan 3 Toys R Us. Sold out.

Plan 4 Wal-mart. Doesn't do preorders except for online.

Plan 5 Gamestop.

Thank god we didn't resort to play 6. Call up Best Buy and then go up there. (Was the opposite side of town, and with gas what it is...)

Toys R Us was funny. You can tell that they just sold a lot of Wii's as they didn't have games in over 2/3rds of the shelf space.

Like 8 copies of Zack and Wiki though.... only topped by "Counter Force".

i got $40 off my australian wii fit today! pretty nice savings considering the rrp is $150. So many places have been droping it to $120 at the last minute! like there were $130 sales but now its $120, every one seems to want to push them out the door and make a good buck, alot of competition

If at first you don't succeed, you fail
