Forums - Sony - New rpg for ps3?

Wow, that actually looks pretty neat. That's two games in June now. :)

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

It sounds like a shitty SRPG.
If I passed on Agarest Senki (which I'll perhaps buy when I finish all my other RPG and when it's $20 or the like, which basically means never), I'll surely pass on this one.

I hope this game makes it to the states. I'm upset with the lack of rpg's on all systems ,not just on the ps3. I"m going thru RPG withdraw.

Yeah, I haven't even been very impressed with the offering on the 360 which seems to be getting all the JRPG love for now.  Lost Odyssey is the only one I would buy for sure, and even that has proved to be a letdown in terms of what people expected it to be.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

With numerous famous characters involved it might do well, i hope it brings some needed sales to the PS3.

Hmm, pie.

Just what the PS3 needs in Japan, some RPG's...

Shame that they will be the only ones to enjoy it, unless we import!

It will probably do 100k at best or better. Depending on how popular the franchises characters are over there. If the Japanese version does well then we can guarantee a U.S. release sometime at a later date.

I hope so because I'm getting pretty excited for this game :D

- AquaPlus will release the PS3 tactical simulation RPG Tears to Tiara: Kakan no Daichi in Japan on July 17, 2008, the story is about a girl named Rhiannon who released a demon lord Arawn who was sealed away for over 1000 years.....

Just make sure to preorder.  Not sure how long it will stay around being a Gamestop excluisve.

I hope it will release in the US, but okay if its Japan Only, I'll buy the JP version. If its any good then.

@Ajax, whoa!!! Again another Japan Only RPG.

well, Japan only or not, and of course i rather see it make it outside of japan, but it´s a very positive development for the PS3 in Japan; it can´t get enough rpgs at the moment..
