Honestly, I think that no other game this generation will score as high as GTA IV. It would take an almost flawless game to score higher, and I think most reviewers will be a bit gunshy for the next year or two.

Hell Yeah! The Highest rated game of all time! Higher than Zelda OoT. On Topic: MGS4 will get several 10's, however, it will come across low to mid 9's, giving it an average of 9.2 to 9.5 overall. My 2 cents.
