Price better drop until 30USD, then I might consider buying it, but a party game for 50+USD (shipping to the Netherlands), way too overpriced.

What happened to all the butt hurt Wii owners that were upset EA took out the head tracking easter egg from the game? Some even went on to tell others to not buy the game because there was no head tracking in the final game.
Seems like these people were full of it, as this game really looks like a fun addition to the Wii's lineup.
Demon's Souls Official Thread | Currently playing: Left 4 Dead 2, LittleBigPlanet 2, Magicka
@ ameratsu - I think that was only one or two people. It was a pretty silly complaint in the first place, since the headtracking feature wouldn't have been a very convenient to set up or use feature.
I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

According to reviews the single player is extensive and tons of fun. This part may just be getting lost in all the gushing that the multiplayer is getting.

I don't know where the thread is now but I pretty much ended that debate with a rant pointing out how incredibly stupid it was to not buy a great game just to show the developer your displeasure with the lack of a tiny feature. Particularly when the developer is EA and how they need to be shown that good games make more money than bad ones (or so they should).
@everyone,
FYI - I've got my copy of this game, I'm going to be playing it over the weekend and hopefully I will have a review article up by monday if I can get far enough along that I think its justified (and get some multiplayer etc...going). For anyone wondering why I haven't done another sales article, its a simple matter of finals (which are over now -hurray-). I've got the Boom Blox review I'm working on, a WiiWare game after that, and another sales article all in the pipe right now.
I bought this and have so far only played single player mode for a few hours. This is a totally new type of gameplay. It's both brilliant and original. Very deep play as well so far, the first levels were easy, but it gets challenging. Every type of block or structure requires different strategy, so the 400 level included levels will be good for a lot of variations. Add the level editor (you can build from the ground up, or edit existing levels to your liking.
I haven't even clicked on the area where this game is supposed to shine, multiplayer. I've seen from vid clips how multiplayer works and will become the party game of choice for those of us who own this, but I am hooked on opening everything via single player first.
In one of the early stages the blocks and gems are set up in a giant EA logo and it made me smile to destroy that! Something very satisfying about knocking EA into little pieces.......
One thing though, WEAR your armstrap while playing this game. I never really use mine, but you REALLY have to hurl the ball, and if it slipped, bye-bye plasma! Especially if you are playing with kids or drunken friends.
i just records how fast you move...so a fast twitch works just as well as a full arm swing..
and damn you can do some sweet stuff with the physics slowly knock blocks out from the middle by knocking another block softly like a light hammer blow...
, i had a penalty block teetering on the edge about to fall and tossed a ball at it, softly, and it just pushed it a hair to make it stable...

I've done the same thing... the physics are phenominal
