How about making the PC version with nudity, and then just make it Steam exclusive? It would get around stores, and would give the PC version something unique.

A silly unique thing, but still a unique feature.

1. Planes !! (I assume the main reason for the lack of them is streaming issues, as it already has issues with the chopters)
2. Purchasable safehouses
3. Snow
4. A warning before you get slapped with a large wanted level for going into the wrong area (I accidently strayed into Alderny in a helicopter mission)
That's about all I can come up with

Small fixes:
1. Subway map in game
2. Marks on the map showing you which buildings you can go in (can you go in the rotterdam tower?)
3. The ability to leave notes on your map for little things, like an armour supply

I just want adjustable police AI. You should be able to customly set what the police will and will not react to. Things like running red lights, driving on sidewalks, hitting other cars, etc. to make the experience more difficult or easier based on how you'd like to play it.

I would like a lot more interiors to the buildings, and hope GTA V does that instead of getting a larger land mass.

Stricter girlfriend AI would be nice also. It's a bit too convenient that I can pick up Michelle in an 18-Wheeler, end up flipping it, jack another vehicle, get wanted by the cops and this chick is barely batting an eyelash. This can also be adjustable by the user so it can have the best of both worlds.

1. I don't think the police AI would happen, for just too many reasons.

2. Does Michelle actually like that stuff? Or is her personality to be law abiding? I'm actually curious.

Can't wait a few more weeks for mods?  (no clue if the previous iterations had nude mods, but it wouldn't be surprising)

it also misses summons and limit breaks

would be a bad idea to be able to hijack planes, I'm a pilot myself, and I think that's just going too far.. same for kids on the streets, and it would get the game banned for sure..
