I've noticed a few really good game recommendation threads on the site lately and a few on other sites as well. Thought I would put them all on one easy link for those of us looking for a good reference tool besides Game Rankings & Metacritic.  

I'd also like to link a reference to consoles past (GC, PSx, PS2, XBox, GBA, etc). (EDIT) I've put a few links up I've found for Retro Consoles, but these are not the final links . I m looking for the best lists possible, and am using these as 'placeholder' links for now. Hopefully we'll get some threads on this site for these.

Also I have seen people asking or discussing old GC & PS titles in lists on this site just this week. Also if there are any DS PSP 360 threads on this site as good as the ones I have below, I can replace them with ones onsite.

I really want to see the GC & PS2 recommendation threads. Hopefully the games are backed up w/ details concerning the pros and cons. Try not to put sports up there though.......

I scoured the web and got a few consoles up in the retro list, but am looking for 'better' links. I'd like to use lists that are not done by a 'gamesite', like ign, but a link to a thread where gamers provide feedback about the input like the Wii/PS3 links to this site, and the NeoGaf PSP/DS threads.

If anyone starts a thread like this on this site, please send me the link, or links to similiar threads on other forums.
