Not bad, though there are too many N64 tracks imo. It is mainly the memory that makes that tracks great, newer tracks are much more challenging and fun imo.
Also, not including any DK track is a major mistake. I agree with number 1 though.

Wario stadium on N64 is the best track in all Mario Karts. The cheat at the beginning is easy to do and therefore you can drive around slowly the rest of the race and still win easily.
He says at the beginning he only includes N64, GC and DS tracks.
I don't agree with toad's turnpike, Wario's stadium or koopatrooper beach because they were only ok, dull, and annoying in that order.
DK mountain from GC should have made it. and the DK one in N64 was good.
Also if I were to pick one each from Rainbow roads and Bowsers castles it would be the GC version of Bowser's castle, and although I haven't played it the DS version of rainbow road looked good (GC was better than 64 though)
Of course if I were to include Wii tracks, then maple treeway, Rainbow road and Mushroom Gorge would all have to appear.
Probably my others in the top ten would be DK mountain and Bowser's castle from GC,
DK Jungle parkway, Yoshi's Valley and Sherbet land from N64
Probably Delfino Square from DS (only experienced on the Wii) and that airship fortress lools cool (though I haven't played it.)

Now that ive played through the Wii version,
OkeyDokey is right.
The Maple Treeway is now my absolute favorite
