Aye, I'm not gonna hate on the game. If they can make the game good this time, I'll be in for it. Boogie was a cool idea, it was just poorly executed.

Origin (Ultima, Wing Commander ...)
Bullfrog (Dungeon Keeper, Syndicate ...)
Maxis( Sim City, yes the sims is successful but before EA they made intelligent games now they make Reality tv games)
Westwood( Command&Conquer, Lands of Lore and again C&C still exists but it is a shadow of its former self)

So they single-handedly terminated four of the best and most creative studios of the gaming industry and killed off countless awesome game series. No they are not as bad as many people say. They are much much worse.

What could this mean then? Do you mean that EA only just create shovelwares/casual crap on the Wii console? Like I said, EA do muliplats, they can port any game in any platform they want to. Thats their business so it doesnt matter  if there's a crappy titles exclusive in that console. It doesnt matter, the only gamers buy by EA was the NBA Live and Madden series anyway... What could this mean? Atleast Wii have exclusives by EA your PS3 dont.

 

To summarize again I said that all crappy titles that come to the PS3 also come to the Wii (and the PS2 and the DS and whatever).
The Wii is the only console that gets EA exclusives AFAIK.

So the Wii gets more EA titles and since per default all EA titles are crap and especially Boogie this is a good thing for the PS3 (and the 360 and the PC).

And if you haven't understood it by now this was no attack against the Wii. After all nobody forces someone to buy an EA game. People in this forum have no humor whatsoever.

wow i can't believe people think boogie bombed, it did 290k in america alone, it seemed to be more popular in europe and has certainly eclipsed 500k, probably more. I fail to see how that is a bomb. If that's a bomb that what is Lair? A mega bomba?

Why bother? Seriously? It's like pointing out one goose poop, in a field of goose poop. Believe me, those shitty games have pissed me off so much, but ever since crap like Petz: Bunnyz, and imagine: ice skating, or whatever it was called, my annoyed meter over flowed, I simply lost faith, and now I no longer care.
