Does anyone else find it amazing that the Wii is STILL selling above retail consistently on eBay and other online 'non-retail' channels? This is completely unprecedented by any console in the history of gaming, yet there are STILL naysayers who continually say the Wii's sales will soon fall off, sometime in the near future, of course. Does anyone really understand the amazing demand that exists for this console to still be selling above retail after more than a year and a half??
A few examples:
The market is clearly not demanding a price cut yet, and maybe not in the near future either. Those who say the Wii will simply die for no explainable reason do not understand the concept of momentum. This is an incredibly hot item that only gets hotter as it gains exposure. When one person gets it, all his or her friends try it, want it, and it continues to grow.
