This doesn't need to be locked. And it says my name right in the message there. He just got off a 2-day ban and had three separate threads where his posts were banworthy. If he can't follow the rules and stop posting solely to annoy/offend other users, then he won't be allowed to post at all, it's that simple.

Well, at least make your reason for banning him look intelligent. It's "you're", not "your".

 Why mods are threatening us when we question bans now? Isn't that the reason that banned people posts are appearing now? So we can judge if a ban is fair?

ok. i thought thats the only reason why his banned because thats what it said.
anyway i feel that i am with in my boundaries to post about the decision of a ban to give people the opportunity to put there views about the ban across, and so other VGC users will not make the same mistake as the person who has been banned. my reasonings for doing this in my opinion are justified.

The mod who banned a person is always stated in their profile, so in the future, please PM DKII or whichever mod did the banning if you have a problem with it.

Mods/ioi can ba people, usually they're spot on, but sometimes...
