According to EGM the whole game is being made by them.

Guys one thing you need to know.Dimps doesn't do arcade games any more since rumbel fish meaning the been hired to port the game to consoles capcom developed the game internally and outsource the console version to dimps. We have video proof at 1up showing that capcom develop the game internally. The reason it looks funny is the guy who did the art for every street fighter and the artist none of you seem to know about Akira Yasuda quit capcom after Third Strike and now make anime( Code Geass mech designer).
P.S Here is a link proof about artist naznatips since you always want evidence

Hell yeah! I just want a great fighter. Brawl proves Nintendo can do that.

Brawl was not developed by Nintendo, it was developed by Game Arts. Game Arts is known for the Lunar and Grandia franchises. Sakurai and Nintendo oversaw Game Arts development of the game but they did all of the coding. The same thing is happening with SFIV. Dimps is doing the coding and Ono, along with the rest of the SFIV team, is overseeing its development.
My interest in SFIV has been waning somewhat though. It has nothing to do with Dimps though. SFIV is seeming more and more like Street Fighter 2 3D Edition and not a real sequel in the series. Every character from Street Fighter 2 is in the game. Despite the fact that Akuma/Gouki killed Bison/Vega in SF2. Don't get me wrong I'm such mark for Street Fighter I'll buy the game regardless but I am no longer excited about the game. The game is supposed to take place before SFIII and after SFII, and Bison/Vega being in the game means yet another ret-con of the SF storyline.
EDIT: Although this is off topic, Dimps is also coding the Wii version of Sonic Unleashed.

That's bothering me as well. I like a lot of characters that were not in SFII. To see them get tossed aside pisses me off. NO INGRID! I'm more interested in King Of Fighters than I am this game, though I hope it turns out great.

SF4 is one of the biggest releases in years for Capcom. This is one of their most beloved franchises. Usually when you want something done right, when you absolutely must have YOUR vision come across in the end, you do it yourself. The future of fighting games has alot riding on this release, it needs to be done right. Are they passionate about this game, or is it just time for Capcom to make a buck.
Oh and had no idea Game Arts made brawl Darc Requiem. Been wondering what they've been up to these days.

Ok I did my part, I bought No More Heroes, but they were out of Zach and Wiki.
Ok got Zach and Wiki, now if I could just finally finish Twilight Princess so I can play all these Wii games I got waiting. And no I won't buy Okami.
DNF, now there is a game that should have been scrapped completely. Reminds me of a kid whose been in school for 12 years and still doesn't know what he wants to do. At one point you just need to man up and get a job.
