I've never been even close to beating a Zelda game, and I haven't finished any of the Metroid Prime Games. I have come close though. I have a whole bunch of games that I haven't beaten. It's a little depressing. But basically, OoT is the most frustrating game I've ever played.

Add me on Xbox Live: TopCat8

I've finished Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 3, Ocarina of Time and Adventures of link. Next up for me is Link to the Past and Twilight Princess.

But one of my favourite games of that genre was Shadowman (N64, Dreamcast, PC, PS1). It was an amazing exploration/puzzle/dungeon game. Kind of like if the whole game was one giant Zelda dungeon. It had a great story, was really dark, awesome graphics, weapons and anything else you can think of. So far the only problem I can think of (aside from the Auto targeting being a bit funky) is that despite 3 incredibly in depth playthroughs, I still can't beat it!

I really, really, really hope this game comes to VC some time so other people can partake in it's awesomeness.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Psychonauts was pretty difficult, and not in a good way. The one weakness in that game was the complete lack of logic used to complete some of the sections.

I was running around for hours trying to figure out how to get into the office building in the milk man stage. And the hardest other then that would have to be Water Temple in TP.

Former something....

It was Windwaker, collecting the 8 shards, I tried weeks looking for the 8 shards until...I used help from game guides to help locate the shards.

Everybody ran around like an idiot trying to figure out how to get into that damned building.

Still, The Milkman Conspiracy is one of the greatest platforming levels ever created.

A X-men game on Genesis...The only way to get to the last level was by resetting the console...

Castlevania II easily takes the number 1 spot. You can't beat it without help from a walkthrough or someone who already beat it.

Walking into a dead end, equipping a red gem and kneeling down at the right spot, who would figure that one out?

Bwahahahahah, Rol wins. I forgot about that crap.

Another agonizingly stupid puzzle was the medal in the book in RE1. To open the book, you had to actually spin it the correct way in the menu screen. It took me forever to do and I literally threw my controller into the wall when I figured it out. I was furious. You could examine that stupid Goddamned book all day long and nothing would happen unless you turned it.

Stuff like that was the reason I gave up on the RE series after Code Veronica. Then RE4 changed it all...

Probably the original ICO for me.
