Well that is one thing wrong with video game reviews.

Graphical pop-ins != negative points

The game looks great, good environment, but graphic pop-in should equate to a non 10 rating.

Wow. If that happened on another game on another system, people would be all over it. The question that springs to my mind is why are the review sites giving this a perfect score with such issues.
