Seriously though more than likely they separate the launches simply for strategy. Possibly around when extra shipments can be made with Wii. But it is more than likely marketing strategy. Not to mention most Japanese companies uphold the idea of releasing in Japan first then America and finally Europe, unless its more appropriate to release that game in Europe before America.

I'll probably buy the game eventually, but the hype kind of died down for me. I don't understand why Nintendo would put the release dates so far apart, I'm thinking there are a lot of people who were interested when it launched in the US, but have forgotten about it 5 months later.
