yes, as someone said on the IGN site:
"Not everyone is going to agree that the game deserves a 10, but the fact of the matter is Goldstein gave it the honor of receiving a 10/10 score from his experience. I'm not sure why people are making claims about why this game doesn't deserve a 10 when the game won't be released until Tuesday. In fact, in the review, Goldstein says, "A 10 doesn't mean a game is perfect -- it means a game is pushing boundaries, expanding a genre, and doing many things to a level so far above and beyond its competitors that they overshadows any flaws." I think that's a legitimate reason for giving the game a rating of 10/10."
he is completely right, i never thought that a 10 out of 10 meant the game was perfect. that actually makes no sence considering perfect is completely subjective to the different reviewers. like the quote said, if the games doing such big things that have never been done before thats a true 10
