It has large amount of applications it can handle, that will be it's selling point. I know people (such a computer scientists) who own two or three types of keyboard to use with one PC because they require different keyboards for different applications. You find people who edit movies professionally often have several types of keyboard that they require for various different applications. A keyboard like this is a must for them.
When a few companies begin manufacturing them and the price drops so they become more affordable, I can see a keyboard like this becoming a big seller.
