Don’t see myself ever dropping Youtube Premium, and I don’t listen to enough music to have a separate sub for it.

Around the Network

Youtube music has been excellent for me. I'm always finding great new music. I used Spotify for a while but dropped it because the shuffle feature sucked. But it also was missing songs that yt music had.

A cool thing about yt music is if a song gets taken down you can still listen to any user uploads that are available. Also there are alternate versions/remixes you can't get on Spotify. I also really appreciate the "play next" feature.

YouTube music is the best to me. If you really want to find new songs i would make use of the mix feature. Also listen to the mix playlists the youtube creates based on your listening.

I have a question for this thread, because I also find streaming services lacking.  I'd like to listen to music from my CD collection in my car which lacks a CD player.  I'd like to rip my songs and put them on my phone, but this seems to be a lot more difficult now than it was 15-20 years ago, when people commonly used their phones as MP3 players.  Does anyone have any tips, links to a "How to", etc... in order to make this happen?
