I think the only way to get it is at a gamespot. If they still have copies, you can still get in. You need to pre-order MGS in order to get it however.

You have until the 5th to register your copy, and I think the beta goes a week or two after that. They might extend it.

They had tons hanging on the shelves at my Best Buy a few days ago, but GameStop's by and large should be out of them.
