wii - so far super smash bros brawl(we still don't know what games will announce nintendo at e3).
ds - i would say that ninja gaiden ds but there is plenty games i didn't play yet so honestly i don't know.
psp/x360 - i don't know cause i don't have those platforms anymore.

Matter of opinion. For me, MGS4, GoW2, and Mario Kart are my most wanted. It's still April, though. Some of these games could dissapoint. Some E3 announced title could blow these 3 away.

Ask me again in 6 months.
