Yea unless Tomodachi is exploding and Switch gets a bump, other than that i think it'll be on it's way out this year. Especially since Switch 2 is basically the same with compatibility, they will want it out of the way sooner than the 3DS when the Switch came out.

That said, PS5 can't be saved in japan i fear.

All those third party games now getting day and date releases on Steam will just eat away at PS share for those games, we saw that with Monster Hunter Wilds last year where Wilds PC sales dominated its PS sales, Steam is much more a PS competitor than Nintendo is, given that Steam takes much more sales from games on PS ecosystem than Nintendo does.
