Both of these got their prices slashed to $35-40 usd for Black Friday and I’ve never played any of them. Which one would be more worth getting? FFX and DQ11 are some of my favorite JRPGs ever though for context. But especially DQ11.

Final Fantasy are 6 games, and of those 6 IV, V and VI are all better than DQ III so it's a no brainer for me

FF collection. Games might not have gotten the visual upgrade that DQIII did, but its more quality games.

I love final fantasy much more than dragon quest, however between the hd-2d remake of dq3 and the pixel remaster, I'm definitely choosing dragon quest.

I only played DQ3 remake but can confirm, its great and the new QOL features make the experience even better and more accessible

Pixel Remasters are good and you are getting more games. DQIIIHD is fantastic tho. It's close but I am giving the edge to DQIIIHD.

It's SIX Final Fantasy games (including 3 amazing ones in IV, V, and VI) vs one Dragon Quest.

FFVI alone is in my top 5 games of all time, so the Pixel Remaster is a no brainer if you have enough time to play at least the SNES trio.

Got the pixel remaster during the steam summer sale and played through V, VI, IV (in this order) and they are fantastic!!!!
