I just want to make this picture my sig. No matter how many times I upload it the site won't take it!

Maybe try reaching out to Bandorr? I know he’s been helpful whenever I need to change/update my pfp. (I literally cannot change my pfp without Bandorr. The site revoked my ability to do this b/c of a bug lol.)

Looking at the code It seems the way images are done has changed.
I don't think you can "upload" images. Even though the site lets you - It's not getting passed bug checking.
You need a link that looks like : <img it has a src that points to Http

Edit: Its finicky but this one should work just copy mine.

That picture above worked for me. I'm putting it here because in changing my sig back. 

I tried changing the format from jpg to png to bmp and had no luck. 

I took a screenshot and that worked, i crop it 2 pixels on the side and 3 at the bottom and that made it not work. Why is it finicky like that i don't know so just be careful if you crop it. 

edit: i might have had constrain proportion checked so that could be a reason but I don't know for sure.
