Which games would you like to see at a future Sony event?

My guess is that we will have ghost of yotei final trailer new IP from Cory Barlog intergalactic God of War spin-off Resident Evil 9.

Ugh, just seeing MBG's name makes me shiver with disgust lol. Grubb gets a lot wrong, but the timing does add up that another general SoP is due.

As far as games I wanna see, it would have to be Wolverine, Cory Barlog's new game, Saros gameplay, Media Molecule's next game, and whatever XDev is working on. Marvel Tokon has taught us that XDev can be working on literally anything.

I would say Bluepoint's next game, but, we know they're back to the drawing board.

But we have to give credit to Jeff Grubb, he got the date of the last events right.

Sure, but credit due for an instance when he's occasionally right does not mean reliable. He covers himself up using terms like "probably," "maybe," "plans could change," etc., so when he does need to backpedal, he can refer to those terms claiming that he never spoke concretely. 

I'd say for every instance he's been right, he had 5 or 6 instances wrong before that.

Claiming there's a SoP in September can be anyone's educational guess when you consider the last time there was a SoP, and most importantly, there's been SoP's in September multiple times over the years. I personally would be surprised considering the last main one was just 2 months ago, but I also wouldn't be surprised given recent SoP release cadence.

I could honestly see Sony doing a showcase lol.

Its about that time in the generation where they could empty the clip, and have SoP's provide us with gameplay/story trailers, until the launch of the PS6. It also fits the two year gap for showcases this generation.

Wait, isn't that the guy who used to be an Xbox fanboy? Just a glory hunter if he is.

It has been quite some time since he proved to be a very reliable insider, getting the dates of previous Sony events right.

Cant wait.

Absolutely no reason for Sony to go back to the Showcase branding when they've been building of State of Play so much.

Sept is also a given since they've had an event that month for all 6 years they've been doing SOP I'm I'm not mistaken.
