Since Japan seems to be a one console nation per generation, and with the Wii being the chosen one (so far,at least) in this 7th generation....do you expect by the end of this gen the Wii will have the biggest number of major jrpgs?
Yes. IT's always been that way. Whatever console does the best in japan gets the most jrpgs.
DS is taking a lot of JRPGs this year, but if you mean consoles then yes I think the wii could end up with the most JRPG's
DS seems to be the JRPG machine these days, but Wii is probably the frontrunner for consoles. The FF main series is the only one I can't see making the jump at any point.
I think overall the DS is the console of jRPGs this gen, but the Wii will be the home console of jRPGs.
