Forums - Sales - Preditcion: The End of Xbox 360

Well, someone had to do this, right?

Anyways, with reports of the RROD still continuing on, it's just a matter of time before MS finally goes and fractures the existing base of 360 owners and encourage them to jump onto the PS3 train.  Those who have the 360 will be less likely to jump to the Wii, since they are now accustomed to HD games and don't want to jump back to a console that is 2 GC's duct taped together with a gimmicky remote and gimmicky games like Wii Fit which will only attract fatties moms to buy it because they think it will make their precious butterball lose some weight.

Also, MS has been eroding consumer confidence in them by plans to no longer support Windows XP and pushing people to Windows Vista, so they will be less likely to want to keep any MS products.  Those who keep their 360 will do so when they want to hear the sounds of a jet engine taking off whenever they start it up and play games.   Live costing $50 US a year is yet another downfall which will make owners wonder why they should pay when they can play the same multi-plat game online for free on a PS3 which runs as well, but has not had the trouble of Live like during the xmas season.

*Yes, this is a parody thread of the parody thread of Leo-J's thread. :)

My pokemon brings all the nerds to the yard. And they're like, "You wanna trade cards?" Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I'll trade this, but not my charizard.
