As for the Maralago event...Biden was let loose due to his mental capacity I believe, but for six months afterwards was still running for President. Not that this should automatically clear Trump, but it just shows how minor this stuff actually is to the law.1
I think Trump is so because he just cannot shut his mouth, that most just endlessly nitpick at him. Add in Democrat owned news sources endlessly pushing something bad about him daily and you have the currently environment we are in.2
For the January 6th "insurrection" or whatver you want to call it, most are not getting as bad of punishment as most would get for doing what was supposedly meant to be a take over. Also, do you think, if they had any evidence at all of treason on Trump's part that he would not be locked up by now? It has nearly been 3 years and nothing people, yet without be proven guilty of anything many just claim him to be guilty.3
He was supposed to understand what was happening or going to happen at the capital within minutes, immediately send the National guard from his car? Come on. That is the local governments job, and if they cannot handle it the governor would call in the guard.4
The bias against trump on this country make you all just want all this to be true and the news promoting the stories from their point of view are swading many thoughts on him.5
Take example the border. It has said their have been less issues at the border since Trump left office, praise Biden! But your news does not tell you that this is because they are letting people in like never before. Of course there are going to be less stops and interactions. But it's painted as Biden is making great strides on the border! Have we not all seen the endless migrant crisis these past few years?
I agree Trump is a loud mouth, who cannot shut up it seems, he is currently a criminal, and it is sad the Republicans cannot find anyone else. But anti-trumpers exaggerate the shit out of everything he does too.6

It took almost 3 hours for even the State national guard to be called and longer for the D.C national Guard. Yet Trump Is blamed for not just calling the Guard himself..4
I believe he said, "March on the Capital", not invade the capital building. There is no evidence that I have seen that he knew anyone in charge of the group involved or that many who attacked the building, even knew most of the others.
But, please if you have the link saying he knew the people involved and pre-planned it, show me.
Blown out of proportion because he is trump.

1 - Others have already addressed this, but the FBI spent more than a year begging Trump to return classified documents that he kept in unsecured locations at Mar-a-Lago like in a bathroom accessible to resort workers and guests. Meanwhile, Biden's team contacted the FBI of its own accord after it discovered it had classified documents to work together to return them.
2 - If he wasn't constantly lying, attacking public figures and private citizens alike, and committing crimes, the media wouldn't have much bad to push about him.
3 - "most are not getting as bad of punishment as most would get for doing what was supposedly meant to be a take over." Sources, please.
Also, by that same logic, the 2020 election has been nearly four years, yet Trump's legal team hasn't produced an ounce of proof of election fraud. If the election was truly rigged against him, why hasn't he presented any evidence at all? In fact, Trump's team has lost 61 out of 62 cases court cases regarding election fraud: https://www.usatoday.com/in-depth/news/politics/elections/2021/01/06/trumps-failed-efforts-overturn-election-numbers/4130307001/
4 - "He was supposed to understand what was happening or going to happen at the capital within minutes, immediately send the National guard from his car? Come on. That is the local governments job, and if they cannot handle it the governor would call in the guard."
but
"It took almost 3 hours for even the State national guard to be called and longer for the D.C national Guard. Yet Trump Is blamed for not just calling the Guard himself.."
First you said to give him some leeway to understand what was going on at the capital within minutes, then you said he can't be blamed for not calling the Guard within three hours. What exactly was his job at that point? Nancy Pelosi had no problem calling for aid while inside the capitol and under threat of harm from rioters, while Trump was sitting safely in a car or his living room. Yet, this is the guy you want leading you.
5 - Likewise, your bias makes you want it all to be fake. Doesn't change the fact that there hasn't been any evidence of a rigged election, yet mountains of evidence that he raped E. Jean Carrol and lied about it, that he falsified business records to cover up hush money paid to a porn star he had an affair with, that he committed housing discrimination against blacks in the 70's, that he tried to get the Georgia AG to rig that state's election, that he tried to blackmail Ukraine into digging up dirt on his political opponent Joe Biden, that he knowingly kept classified documents and lied about not only how many he had, but lied that he no longer had any further classified documents. I know there's more, but that's just off the top of my head.
6 - So you want a known and convicted criminal to be the president of the United States?
EDIT: I see that you've posted while I was writing the above

See, in 2 hours, me defending Trump even a little bit, has already brought this site more posts than it has had nearly all day it seems.
You all hate him so much on this site that you went out of post hibernation to try to rip him apart more.
Despite what you say, he never told anyone to storm the capital building. Hurt people in the capital building or destroy anything.1 You all conveniently skipped everything I said and post a vomitous amount of Democrat controlled links in my face. As of right now, former president Trump has not been convicted of anything that has to do with January 6th, so saying he had anything to do with it in any conversation here is a lie and hurts your credibility.2
You all proved another one of my points, I simply said, that like Reddit, this is a place for extreme Trump bashing.
Two points proven without hardly even posting.3
I cannot see the other arguments as I do not know how to see posts anymore and post, so will look at them in a bit or when on again.
But I think that since I have already had you all seem to lie to prove a point on this thread, it is probably a waste to reply anymore. Because vomiting links without pointing out the details or using just stating lies to prove your points is not a fruitful way to discuss matters.4
Good luck with the thread. I am happy to see to other threads.

You called him a criminal yourself. Why are you defending the criminal, and what does that say about you?
1 - https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/a-timeline-of-what-donald-trump-said-before-the-capitol-riot/
Jan. 4: At a rally in Georgia the day before the Senate runoffs, Trump repeated his grievances about his own election. He spoke about a continued fight, both for himself and the Senate.
“If the liberal Democrats take the Senate and the White House — and they’re not taking this White House — we’re going to fight like hell, I’ll tell you right now,” Trump said.
“We’re going to take it back,” Trump said.
He told riled up a mob of his most fervent supporters and told them to "Fight like hell". Yeah, he wasn't there breaking into the White House and vandalizing the place himself, or killing police officers, but do you really think that happens if Trump doesn't incite the crowd right before it happened?
2 - No, we haven't skipped anything you said. And we keep posting links to show you that what we have to say are backed up by facts, not salty MAGA tears. But regarding Jan. 6th, he hasn't been convicted of anything because the case is currently on hold while the Supreme Court considers Trump's claim to total immunity from prosecution. It was originally scheduled for March 4, but likely won't resume until after the November elections, which is exactly what Trump wants. Same thing with the Georgia election interference case. You keep claiming that Trump is getting shit on by the government and courts when the truth is that no other man on Earth would get the kind of privilege he's enjoyed throughout his many, many legal troubles.

3 - Facts don't care about your feelings
4 - You think the "Just trust me, bro!" logic is better than linking to sources so others can verify your claims.
