Same principle is given in the real world of copyrights. If you dont defend your copyright and take legal action against someone who is using your intellectual property without permission, YOU could lose your copyright. 1. He posts a lot, we can't keep track of everything.
2. Most of the articles he posts are really boring in my opinion, so I never enter the thread and see whether or not he added substance.
3. Report threads you see to be not fit.
4. Don't embarrass someone in public. Soriku is a fine member, and he doesn't deserve this. If you have an issue, take it up with the moderators by means of private chat. This is unacceptable.
