Very normal stuff for a country to bomb another country and kidnap its president.
What happened to not getting involved with other countries? What happened to no new wars?

I have no problems with wars that last less than 30 minutes. Iran and North Korea better take note of Maduro's fate. BTW, he was arrested.
The bottom line is: Don't mess with the US Army's Delta Force !
It's all about the oil, has been all along
The United States is going to be “very strongly involved” in Venezuela’s oil industry after the operation to capture Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro, President Donald Trump told Fox News on Saturday.
He said: We have the greatest oil companies in the world, the biggest, the greatest, and we’re going to be very much involved in it.
Need that oil to feed the US military.
Trump speaking now.
Says that the U.S. is going to run Venezuela until a transition.

It's obviously about the oil. There's also no reason why Venezuela couldn't just let oil companies from other countries work there instead of US-American ones. This "US oil companies are the biggest, strongest, nicest most beautiful" is irrelevant for what another country wants. So Venezuela will be forced to let US companies do it. Just imagine any other country on this planet would argue like that. "We are the best in xy so the other country isn't allowed not to let us do it". But it's the USA so it's ok, just no other country is allowed to be like that.
And as long as USA makes it so easy for as example Mexican drug cartels to get on weapons from USA, I just don't believe Trump really cares so much about drugs or "people dying". When criminals in other countries have it easier to get weapons from USA as in their own country you should think about what's wrong with your own laws and regulations. If Mexico, Canada or other countries, most illegal weapons used by criminals were bought in the USA and kill many people outside of it. But I guess weapons aren't the problem, only drugs are.
