The bundles i've seen in the UK are £319.99 (GAME stores) so you are saving £20. Most retailers are reducing the £50 retail price on both consoles and selling for £40.

Well the thing is that in my country, there is almost no 360 in stores. I dunno how MS's gonna make it, but I'm sure that the ps3 offer will have a huge success! And the price is not 449 but 439 ;)
