Be the first on your block to see the Gears of War in-game footage when it hits the streets next month.

We're ready for more

We already know about the new features and Brumack fights coming soon to Gears of War 2, but today we learned something new: the first in-game footage of the game is coming next month.

Kotaku confirmed the news this morning, saying the footage would be delivered via GameTrailers TV on May 9 at 1 a.m.

Those viewers who can stay up to watch it will be treated to footage of protagonist Marcus Fenix in action. The clip will also include a special introduction by Epic Games designer Cliff Bleszinski, who may or may not be eaten by a Brumack.

In game footage check it out when it launches on Gamepro May 9th for a good look at what Gears of War 2 has to offer when it is launched six months later.

i already saw the footage when i took a dump this morning.

just kidding. im excited to see this. hopefully it will give us a little more footage than the Resistance 2 trailer. This game is going to look awesome.
