I'm hearing from quite a few people that Ubisoft's XDefiant, which is currently in closed beta, is good. People are saying that instead of copying modern CoD, it feels like an evolution and refinement of classic CoD. Classic CoD fans that felt abandoned by Activision, and then felt abandoned by Respawn after they chose to keep going with Apex only instead of making Titanfall 3, seem to be loving it. It has all of the features people loved about classic CoD, many of which Activision dropped over the years, it has no skill based matchmaking, red dots on the minimap when people fire their guns, map voting, guns with their actual names instead of the made up names CoD has now, etc. People are also saying it has good shooting mechanics, well designed maps, and that the dev team feels very open to feedback. People are also loving the very detailed weapon screen that shows the exact effect of each attachment on the gun, unlike CoD:

I'm legit shocked that you liked Atlantica in KH1, most people hated it, including me, especially because the swimming and underwater combat didn't control well and alot of the level design was confusing. They made it a rhythm minigame world in KH2 because so many people hated it in KH1, they figured "well at least people like Little Mermaid's music so maybe they will like it if we just make it a rhythm minigame", but people still hated it, both the few like yourself who like Atlantica in KH1 and the people who hated it in KH1 still hated it, because the music quality was low and the rhythm timing unforgiving. You can find a bunch of Worst Kingdom Hearts World articles that all say Atlantica is either the worst or among the worst worlds in both KH1 and the whole series:

There is no real consensus on what the best world in all of Kingdom Hearts is, different people always seem to have a different favorite (mine is probably either The Caribbean in KH3, Halloween Town in KH1, KH2, and 358/2 Days, or Pride Lands in KH2, each of which also appears on one of those best and worst world articles above as among the best worlds), but there is a consensus about the worst world in all of KH and that consensus is Atlantica.

They made the underwater gameplay alot better in KH3's Pirates of the Caribbean world, so people liked that more than Atlantica in my experience. If they ever decide to revisit Atlantica in a new game like KH4, they know the recipe for success now, make moving up and down underwater controlled with the analog stick instead of two different buttons for up and down, make the underwater movement faster, and make the underwater combos better, just like The Caribbean in KH3.

PotC was my favorite in KH3 but overall I will need to replay the first 2.

Expecting 60fps in a core Bethesda game on console when they’ve never released a 60fps game on console (original release, not a FPS boosted or re-release) just makes you look silly, cmon now.

When do you mean "never", I guess you never count their FPS games (Wolfenstein, Wolfenstein II, Wolfenstein Young Blood - by Arkane, Doom or Doom Eternal)

He means Bethesda Game Studios.

He said core Bethesda, which I presume he means that actual Bethesda game studio, in which case he would be correct. Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim, and Fallout 4 all launched at 30fps on console, and none of these games ran at 60fps on consoles until next gen backwards compatibility features enabled it, or Bethesda themselves released a next gen performance patch.

If Starfield launches at 60fps on even the series X, that would be a console first for the studio. And if it does happen, I would expect no more than 1080p. Skyrim is a nearly 12 year old game and still struggles to maintain a locked 60 in sections of the game on PS5 and Series X, and it’s the same story for Fallout 4.

Oh okay my bad, I thought it was still about Redfall and not Starfield

Klobrille made a good point yesterday that Bethesda has never spoken about 60fps for Starfield either or promised it unlike Redfall which is why the controversy is bigger for Redfall and shouldn't really be applied to Starfield if it ends up being 30fps.

I'd be shocked and I agree with you, if it has 60fps, I'd only expect 1080p. And honestly if it's 1080p/60fps, I'd likely choose the 30fps mode at higher graphical settings because like I said, I don't think I'll care about 60fps on Starfield but looking at the beauty of space 😌

Damn I didn't even know it was thawt hated. I had no issues with the controls lol. It actually was a good training I feel as the final boss directed that way too as was Neverland. I liked most of the worlds in 1. I hated Alice's Wonderland, as I rage quit that the first time I played it. Going back again it wasn't as bad as I remembered it, but still wasn't my favorite.

In KH 2, I really like how they added the Underworld, Halloweentown solid as before, Pirates was ok, love Pride Islands where I'm at now. Also really liked the music in KH 1 Atlantica.
