Lol, well I guess that can be construed from the ad.  The term rat race probably isn't something used that much in today's generation so the reference may have missed a lot of people. In advertisement, you can say that making sure the audience you are trying to communicate to understand the references you are trying to convey so that its not easily seen as something totally different than what you want to convey.  

Than again, the ad seem to be targeting the 20 to 30 crowd since the person shown I would say is around that age so the reference probably is something they would know.  If it was structured for young adults/ teens, I would say it was really missing the mark.

I forgot the term even existed.  But to escape the rat race why cannot I not play PS5 or Switch? What makes Xbox the one to break the cycle? I think you need to say why your product is special.
