Don't think so cause that doesn't really make sense when Xbox literally just had their own June showcase viewed by millions where they blasted that COD was coming to Game Pass then had a COD Direct viewed by millions attached to the same show, Lol. I think someone just skimped on the end, there were NO platforms listed at all, Lol. Even though it says "play the beta!" it didn't even say where, Lmao. But I guess it's COD, everyone knows where it's coming...But it feels more like an oversight than anything because what difference does Gamescom make vs the June Showcase and COD Direct?

On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a meh.

The Xbox Showcase was an official Xbox event.

If you look on the official channel of Call Of Duty, there is no Xbox logo at the beggining, no mention about GamePass, where it's the case on the Xbox channel.
I'm pretty convince that,if it's part of an official Xbox/Microsoft event or space it's ok, otherwhise forbidden.

Maybe but it'd be a weird agreement, I'm not sure how effective it would be to try to hide it on Activision's side but meanwhile there's Xbox blasting it everywhere that it's coming to Game Pass, again, their June Showcase would have been viewed by millions and it was directly attached to a COD Direct, COD fans would have been watching the showcase and seen it and anyone who didn't would have found out when it was spread literally everywhere that it's coming to Game Pass, seems like an odd agreement that won't achieve anything but who knows, maybe it was just to make Sony feel better, Lol.

Maybe the agreement is that Activision themselves won't list any platform at all, Lol. But my point is...What's the point when Xbox does it anyway? Lol.

Well not sure if it is still a thing but Sony was in the process of buying Paramount and they own the rights to indiana Jones, they would still need to deal with Disney tho...

I will not be surprised that the PS5 Pro unveil event will show Indiana Jones as one of the games and I guess it is better to announce the game here?

The only thing keeping me attached to Xbox hardware right now are the upcoming release of Fable and Avowed. As soon as those games are announced for PS5, I'm out.
