While consoles are unlikely to be made redundant in the next five-years (the length of time the Competition Appeal Tribunal considered in Meta / Giphy that one should consider as to the future state of such relevant markets)

This is smart to point out and makes Microsoft's 10 year CoD offer look extremely f*cking generous by CAT's standards.

From the latest documents on CMA reviews (that Ryuu shared ealier):

this is after discussing the various statement MS have made regarding Cod and it's willingness to keep the titles on competition.

"Such commitments can form the basis of undertakings that are provided by Microsoft to the CMA to alleviate the potential harm that it has been suggested may happen as a result of this transaction. While we believe that such undertakings should not be required given our belief that this transaction does not result in a substantial lessening of competition in any of the identified markets, these commitments would act to safeguard the many benefits to consumers that result from this transaction."

If that's truly what the CMA thinks now I don't know how this review could potentially result in a block without seeking remedy with MS

It's too early in the AM.. is that good what I'm reading lol.

Any and all CMA stuff analyzed needs to be explained like I'm 5.

Xbox good.  Sony bad.  Sony make CMA bad.  CMA gos poopy on Xbox. Xbox friends say Xbox is Okey Dokey.

...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

Unfortunately, that isn't what CMA thinks but what the 3rd party in question thinks.

I don't think CMA makes any comments in this document, it's just sharing the thoughts of a 3rd party.

yeah was about to edit my post to add something to this effect but still the source looks to be reputable and the CMA looks to have taken it into consideration, unless I'm mistaken they did not share any other public submission into the matter despite the fact they should have received hundreds of them.

High on Life is getting pretty good reviews! No metacritic score yet, but after reading the positive and mixed, the one big question that likely will be the deciding factor on whether or not you like the game is, are you a fan of that Rick & Morty style humor? Because if you don't, you most likely aren't going to like High on Life.

The positive reviews loved the humor whereas the negative reviews blamed the humor

Apparently, there is an option to turn the guns dialogue down to a minimal, but where's the fun in that?

Well, I'll say it's more reassuring than FTC completely ignoring everyone aside from Sony, Lol.

Similar to the Brazil case where they actually listened and listed competitors opinions.

SE... Worst publisher of the year lol. Must have demanded a GP bag. Fuck them Xbox gamers huh.

"There is not a single S-E game announced for Xbox Series X|S beyond Crisis Core tomorrow."

Dis true?

Idk, I feel like after awhile that might get annoying lol.
