Bruh. Lmao.
Love how Sea of Thieves from time to time just randomly pops into charts.
I wonder if they'll chart again in December.
By the end of the year, Microsoft will likely have 4 of the top 10 (Diablo IV, MW2, MW3, Starfield).

This is honestly the best and only true way to play SoT correctly, everything else is wrong.
No annoying dents attacking you, just a chill, positive, cozy game.
You get to look out and enjoy the beautiful ocean waters, just chill relaxing vibes.

Bethesda has never had a #1 ranking title before Starfield
— John Welfare (@Welfare_JBP) October 18, 2023
Oblivion: #3 March 2006
Fallout 3: #3 October 2008 (Xbox 360 only, PC + PS3 might've put it at #2)
Skyrim: #2 November 2011
Fallout 4: #2 November 2015
Fallout 76: #4 November 2018
Starfield - #1 September 2023

To be fair, Skyrim and Fallout 4 both would have been #1 if they had released in a smarter month instead of putting them up against CoD in November, but still cool to see Starfield get Bethesda their first ever #1 NPD, not to mention it shot to #7 on the year to date chart from just first month sales (will likely finish the year around #5 there imo, I'm doubtful that last year's CoD MW2 or Jedi Survivor can hold it off, unless they have a truly killer Black Friday sale deal on those 2).
Only a few days left to vote for #Starfield in the #GoldenJoystickAwards! We've been nominated in the following categories:

September Units Highest Since Sep 2016.
September Dollars Highest Since Sep 2014.
Hopefully keep this momentum up with 2024. Xbox simply needs a steady stream of quality AAA releases, even if none hit the 90+ mark, it doesn't fucking matter, the vast majority of games don't hit 90+, as long as it's a steady stream of 80s it will slowly turn the brand momentum around, it won't take just one game, it needs multiple and consistency. It also doesn't matter if it beats PS or not, as long as they stay healthy and don't decline.
You thought this was weird how long it took?

Microsoft's last two big releases this generation
Forza Horizon 5 - #4 November 2021
Halo Infinite - #2 December 2021
The last time Microsoft had a #1 title was State of Decay 2 (!) in May 2018 https://t.co/Z29F4eItjh pic.twitter.com/JiaA7KOVGb
